Anyone looking to book a badminton court should be looking to play badminton at Salford City Academy. Availability varies, but the badminton facilities are excellent. Leagues can operate from the venue, as well as one off games with your friends. Rackets and shuttlecocks are sometimes available for hire from the reception desk for those that don’t possess the correct badminton equipment, but we recommend you call the facility before arrival to double check. Nets are also stored on site and checked on a regular basis to ensure it is kept to the highest standard.

If you’re travelling by car, then you’ll be glad to know there is free parking provided by the venue. The free parking at the facility can fill up at peak times and get busy, with weekends being a very popular time, so allow ample time to ensure you secure a space.

The venue is open to the public to come and play on a one off basis. Their pay as you play system means that you can book now and play without being a member.
