Oakhill's large dining hall is an ideal place to hold activities and events as it’s spacious but still allows for an excellent atmosphere. The dining hall does allow people to bring their own equipment or materials, but it’s sensible to check in with the reception to confirm what is and isn’t allowed. If additional staff are required to ensure the event runs smoothly then speak with the venue about availability, suitable skills and costings.

If you’re travelling by car, then you’ll be glad to know there is free parking provided by the venue. The free parking at the facility can fill up at peak times and get busy, with weekends being a very popular time, so allow ample time to ensure you secure a space.

Customers will be pleased to know that the venue operates a pay-as-you-use booking system. This method avoids the monthly membership charges and gives you the freedom to use the facility as and when you like, without the commitment of a weekly booking or a membership fee.
